Stevee-Rayne Warren is the Community Crew Up Program Manager at New Orleans Video Access Center (NOVAC), where through consulting workforce partnerships, she manages community-based production assistant (PA) placement programs locally in Louisiana and across the country for WarnerMedia. She serves as a recruiter and liaison between the productions, local partner organizations, PA applicants, and WarnerMedia Social Responsibility and Global D&I executives. Some of the productions she has recruited PA’s for include; CRASHING, BALLERS, DIVORCE, BIG LITTLE LIES, WATCHMEN, INSECURE, EUPHORIA, SILICON VALLEY, BARRY, LOVECRAFT COUNTRY, DEADWOOD, SUCCESSION, HBO BOXING, JUST MERCY, JOKER, DAVID MAKES MAN, DECEPTION, THE ORIGINALS, THE RED LINE, LUCIFER, ALL AMERICAN, QUEEN SUGAR, GOTHAM, YOU, CLAWS, LAFF MOBB’S LAFF TRACKS, and THE LAST O.G.
Stevee-Rayne is also a documentary filmmaker, commercial producer, and has experience as a set PA, art department PA, and production office coordinator. She has a passion for socially impactful stories and for cultivating and supporting individuals from different backgrounds to create them. Being a North Baton Rouge native, where there are limited opportunities to work in production, she is deeply invested in assisting those outside of Hollywood or larger production markets break into the film and television industry. Prior to her current position, she worked for the Louisiana Department of Health Bureau of Community Preparedness.
Along with recruiting for WarneMedia, she has also consulted for Essence Festival, FilmNation, Universal, Paramount TV, and The Walking Dead.
