With more than fifteen years of experience leading global IT Delivery and Service teams across multiple industries Melanie is passionate about helping brands deepen their customer relationships and drive value. Melanie entered the travel industry more than 10 years ago where she led the implementation of ecommerce solutions for global airlines. Now serving in Customer Success Management at Adobe Systems, Melanie is responsible for ensure that her Fortune 500 customers maximize the return on their investment Digital Marketing technologies. Melanie partners closely with her customer to ensure that they combine available customer data and creativity to drive meaningful and success digital experience that result in increased revenues and decreased costs. As a result of her contributions, Melanie was recognized as the 2019 Global Customer Success Manager of the year.
Committed to her community, Melanie serves on various boards and committees. She is especially focused on cultivating stable homes and communities as well as increasing the diversity in STEM fields. A Baltimore native, Melanie is a Houstonian transplant. In her spare time, you will likely find her with power tools in her hands as she works on her current DIY project.
